Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 c mayo

3 T plain yogurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 1/2 t creamy dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh herbs such as dill or tarragon

Directions

Whisk together and store in the refrigerator.

Savory Bleu Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

4 oz blue cheese

3/4 c sour cream

1/2 c mayo

1 T lemon juice

chives

ground black pepper

Directions

Blend in a mini chop or food processor and store in the refrigerator.
